• Booking Information
• Cabins for the June 2027 cruise are assigned in the order requests are received.
  To secure your place in line, please email bobbie.martin@juuva.com with your full name and the best phone number to reach you. During your call, you will select your cabin from the allocated group block and submit the required deposit to confirm your reservation.
• All pricing is predetermined and non-negotiable. Cabin rates include your stateroom accommodations, applicable taxes, port fees, and prepaid gratuities, along with the standard amenities included with your cruise fare through Royal Caribbean International. Personal expenses are not included and remain the responsibility of each traveler. These may include, but are not limited to, soda packages, alcoholic beverages, bottled water, specialty dining, Wi-Fi, shore excursions, spa and salon services, casino charges, onboard purchases, photos, souvenirs, fitness classes, and room service (excluding continental breakfast where applicable). • Cabins that allow 3 or 4 occupants are very limited, book early to secure this cabin configuration.
• Royal Caribbean limits a cabin to 3 adults. Please see the Royal Caribbean website for more cabin and age details at https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/international-age-policy.
• A deposit of $100 USD per person is required at the time of booking to reserve a cabin. Of this amount, $50 USD per person is refundable until August 7, 2026. After that date, all deposits become non-refundable. A second payment equal to one-half of the remaining balance is due no later than January 29, 2027 to maintain the reservation. Failure to make this payment will result in automatic cancellation without refund of prior payments. If the second payment is made but the reservation is canceled between January 30 and March 19, 2027, a $300 USD per person cancellation fee will apply.
• Final payment is due March 19, 2027. If final payment is not received by the due date, the reservation will be canceled and a $300 USD per person cancellation fee will be retained. If cancellation occurs between March 20 and April 24, 2027, 50% of the total cruise cost will be retained as a cancellation fee. After April 24, 2027, all payments are non-refundable. Passenger names on reservations cannot be changed after April 16, 2027, per cruise line policies.

• Group dining has been assigned for early seating at approximately 5:30 PM; however, dining times are subject to change by the cruise line.
• Travel Documentation Requirements
  All travelers are responsible for having proper travel documentation. A valid passport is required for all guests. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the travel dates. It is each traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have the correct documentation for boarding and re-entry into their home country. No refunds will be provided due to failure to obtain proper documentation.
• Travel Responsibility
  Guests are responsible for all transportation to and from the departure port and any related expenses. It is highly recommended that travelers arrive in Fort Lauderdale one day prior to embarkation to avoid potential travel disruptions.
• Medical & Personal Responsibility Waiver
  By participating in this trip, travelers acknowledge they are physically able to travel and participate in cruise activities. Participants assume full responsibility for any medical needs, medications, treatments, or health conditions during travel. Travelers agree to release and hold harmless Juuva, Summit, their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from any liability related to illness, injury, medical treatment, or health-related incidents occurring before, during, or after the trip, including any changes made by Royal Caribbean on ports, itinerary, cabin changes, etc.
• Behavior & Conduct Policy
  All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner consistent with cruise line policies and group standards. Any behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or harmful to others may result in removal from group activities or the cruise without refund. Participants are solely responsible for any damages, fines, or penalties resulting from their actions.
• Force Majeure (Events Beyond Control)
  Juuva and Summit shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, weather events, pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions, travel advisories, war, civil unrest, labor strikes, transportation interruptions, or supplier cancellations. In such events, refunds or credits will be subject solely to the policies of the travel supplier, including the cruise line.
• Photography & Media Release
  By participating in this trip, travelers grant permission to Juuva and Summit to capture photographs, video, and audio recordings during the event and to use such materials for promotional, marketing, educational, or business purposes in any media format without compensation or additional approval. Participants who prefer not to be photographed or recorded must notify Juuva in writing prior to the event.
• Liability Disclaimer
  Participation in this group cruise is voluntary. Juuva and Summit act solely as coordinators for the group cabin block and are not travel providers. They are not responsible or liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, cancellation, or additional expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to medical emergencies, travel interruptions, airline delays, hotel stays, weather events, government actions, supplier changes, or force majeure events beyond their control.

By submitting a deposit, participants acknowledge they have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions, as well as all policies and requirements set forth by the cruise line.

YOUniversity

• YOUniversity will be held on cruise days 3 & 6.
• A $50 ticket per person is required to attend YOUniversity.
• Children under 14 may not attend the YOUniversity meetings, including nursing babies.
• Tickets must be purchased by March 19, 2027.
• Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable.
